This figure appears in the Our Changing Planet: The U.S. Global Change Research Program for Fiscal Year 2010 report.

Examples of the GLS 2005 images for Saskatchewan. These images illustrate the four data layers in this global data set of Landsat imagery: the 1970s, 1990, 2000, and 2005. All four data layers were geometrically corrected to the terrain using the 2000 Landsat-7 data layer as the rectification basis.
