TOPEX/Poseidon Retracked Geophysical Data Record ver 2010 NetCDF

Retracked TOPEX data to align it to the Jason-1 GDR-C data. It starts with cycle 21 and goes up to cycle 446 with some gaps between. The NetCDF format contains all the same parameters as the binary.
