JASON-1 ENHANCED JASON MICROWAVE RADIOMETER
The enhanced Jason-1 Microwave Radiometer (JMR) corrections contains better wet tropospheric path delay corrections along with better land, rain and ice flagging for coastal regions than that found in the Jason-1 Geophysical Data Records (GDR, http://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/dataset/JASON-1_L2_OST_GDR_Ver-C_Binary ). The enhanced corrections can be used in place of the GDR wet troposphere correction to provide more accurate Sea Surface Height Anomalies for coastal regions.
