G_resc and B_resc are gain and bias, respectively to be applied to the thermal band sensor counts (b6) to convert them into radiance. L-lam is the derived radiance. Algorithm details can be found in http://landsathandbook.gsfc.nasa.gov/data_prod/prog_sect11_3.html
